First eccentric
The axis deviates from the centerline of the sealing surface
Second eccentric
The shaft is offset from the centerline of the tube and valve. These two eccentricities are intended to reduce the friction between the seat and the seal ring when opening and closing the valve.
Third eccentric
Using the eccentric principle, the seat is completely separated from the seal during the opening and closing of the valve. This unique combination of biases not only utilizes the cam effect, but also completely eliminates friction. When the valve is rotated 90o, it provides no friction between the seat and the seal on the valve plate to eliminate possible wear and leakage.
The ROYEON ENTERPRISES triple offset butterfly valve has a tapered chamfer of a metal composite. This chamfer utilizes a cam effect to disengage the seal ring from the valve seat during the entire switching process. The friction between the valve seat and the plate seal ring is zero. Form a frictionless stroke, extend the life of the valve, ensure that the valve does not exceed the stroke, reduce the torque of the machine to be assembled, and ensure that the valve is hermetically sealed to achieve zero leakage.
The butterfly disc seal ring is designed as a multi-layer seal ring. This seal ring produces a radial compression that allows sealing to be achieved within the elastic deformation range of the seal ring. Choose the best sealing material for your temperature and medium.
