The specially designed internal body, thus forms a metal to metal sealing with the ball thus minimizing the internal and external leakage caused by the high temperature.
Blow-out Proof Stem
Blow-out proof design is adopted for the stem to ensure that even if the pressure in the body cavity has risen to abnormal levels and the packing flange becomes invalid, the stem will not be blown out by the medium. The stem design features a backseat, with the sealing force greater as the medium pressure is higher
Anti-static Design
Electric charge may build up due to friction between the ball body and seat when operating the valve, thus the valve is incorporated with anti-static device to transmit electrical charge, avoiding static sparks.
